All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary.
Typical delivery times within the United States may range between 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.

Tracking Information

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Imperial King & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Once the package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select and purchase shipping insurance at checkout if they wish to protect their order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Orders shipped without insurance are sent at the customer’s risk.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Imperial King & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
